I have three daughters; Halee (18), Ashlyn (14), and Rylie (6). I grew up in Columbia where I graduated from Hickman High School. I earned my BA in Psychology from Columbia College and my Masters of Education - specializing in School Counseling from Stephens College. I enjoy spending my free time with family and friends, reading, or laughing at a good comedy. During the winter I like to cozy up with a good book or play card games with the kid! While I will never claim to be perfect at my career choice, my goal each year is to do something that makes life better or easier for my Prairie Home kiddos. I love helping elementary students learn to be respectful and responsible, middle school students work through their emotions while learning to be successful in their classes, and prepare high school students for their life after graduation.
